Dijkstra, the champion team, chose one of the most difficult questions from Cosmos, which is writing a network analysis and attack toolkit for Tendermint P2P layer. They measured the propagation delays of blocks and transaction in different cross paths by grabbing the node's network of Tendermint and generating maps. The team is made up of four program developers from China, the United States, and Colombia. They formed a team shortly after meeting each other in a foreign country and completed one of the most challenging questions of the match successfully.
